The chaos mod includes a few achievements you can get by doing certain things with chaos effects, or getting specific effect combos. Here's a list of all of them.

• Money Broke - Reach 2 million in debt
• Something nice, not expensive - Have 7 dollars of cash
• Butt Rights - Get Trans Rights and Buttsbot simultaneously and have it say Butt Rights
• Is this even English? - Have all text modifiers active at once
• Butt butt butt butt - Get 4 or more Buttsbots simultaneously
• DJ Kuru strikes again! - Have 2 or more Wino Winos playing at once
• Reach out and touch faith - Have 5 or more Jesuses on the map at once
• Ironic - Get trapped in Beach Ball Jail as a beach ball
• If one wasn't enough - Get Gravity Field and Hyper Gravity Field at once
• This effect actually works? - Have your popped tires fixed by Fix Car
• World of Warcraft - Have all additional HUDs active at once
• PepegaChopper - Become a Stuntplane-Maverick
• Not so forced after all - Get Actually Forced Look Behind and Look Behind at once
• Back to Normal - Get Australia Mode while Flip Screen is active
• EZ Dodge - Survive an engine blow attempt because of Godmode
• It Finally Happened! - Get your engine blown by a 1% chance effect
• Blind - Get Portrait Mode and Anti-Portrait Mode at once
• Blind again - Get two overlapping screen filters that fully cancel out
• Vehicular Epilepsy - Get Rota(to)ry Engines and Walking Cars at once
• IT DID THE THING!!! - Get the DVD Screensaver to hit the corner
• Surely this won't break anything - Have a Jesus stay on the map for 1 hour
• WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DRINKING?!?! - Have 20 effects active simultaneously
• System of a Down fan - Have 25 or more tables on the map
• Is this a GTA IV reference? - Have 25 or more swingsets on the map
• Blinded by Emotes - Cover the screen in 69 or more KappaGen emotes
• Secret Bypass - Get the Pause effect while the pause menu is disabled
• Colossal Skill Issue - Get 4House'd with a Skill Issue notification active
• Flight School Complete - Win a race as a Stuntplane
• Is this how helicopters work? - Get Rota(to)ry Engines while in a Maverick
• I think I'm gonna hurl - Get Spinning Cars while in a Stuntplane
• Underground Space Program - Get flung 2km above the map
• Even The Odds - Shoot Jesus with a rocket
• Malding Intensifies - Disable 5 or more effects
• Back to the 70s - Win a game of Pong
• Pong Master - Win a game of Pong in one hit
• God Gamer - Win a game of Hardcore Pong
• I applaud you, holy fuck - Win a game of Hardcore Pong in one hit
• Grand Master - Get to Level 10 in Tetris
• Better than Kuru - Get to Level 20 in Tetris
• Legend of Rock - Hit all notes in Guitar Hero
