Controls:

• None. All behavior is automatic once set up by the server owner.

Features:

• Random effects applied to all players every 30 seconds
• No clientside setup required
• Almost all of the effects from the singleplayer NFS Chaos mods are present
• More than 200 effects total, including brand new ones
